Advancing Women's
Health Through Evidence, Education, and Practical Action.

I am an OB-GYN and lifestyle medicine physician, professor, author, editor, and international speaker. I translate evidence into clear, compassionate guidance and practical tools that help women, clinicians, and organizations move from information to supported action across the lifespan - with a particular focus on menopause, healthy aging, and cancer survivorship.

EXPLORE THE WORK

Evidence Matters. So Does Making It Usable.

My work brings together research, education, behavior-change science, lived experience, and care design so women, clinicians, and organizations are not left with information alone, but with practical next steps they can use.

SPEAKING

Evidence-rich keynotes, workshops, and public and clinician education that combine clear science, human stories, and practical application.

RESEARCH & EDUCATION

Research, curricula, competencies, implementation work, and practical tools designed to make women's health evidence easier to understand, teach, and use.

BOOKS & RESOURCES

Books and practical educational resources for women, clinicians, survivors, and communities navigating health across the lifespan.

WHY THIS WORK

My Work Lives at the
Intersection of Science and Real Life

  • I have spent my career asking a practical question: How do we turn what research tells us into care women can actually use?
  • My career has spanned obstetrics and gynecology, lifestyle medicine, university teaching, wellness coaching, and women's health leadership. In 2019, breast cancer and treatment-induced menopause made the gap between excellent acute care and fragmented long-term support deeply personal.
  • That experience strengthened an existing mission. Today, I create education, tools, and care pathways that help women and the clinicians who care for them move from confusion to clarity - and from advice to supported action.
“Advice names the destination. Support helps a person cross the terrain.”
SPEAKING

Evidence People Can Understand - and Use.

I speak to clinical and public audiences through universities, professional societies, health systems, employers, nonprofits, and international organizations. My presentations combine rigorous evidence, clear explanation, human stories, and practical next steps. My goal is for audiences to leave with more than inspiration: they should understand what the evidence supports, what remains uncertain, and what they can reasonably do next.
